Design Team
It all starts with a good plan. Our friendly and talented team will work with you and assess your wants and needs and transcribe the vision into a well curated set of plans.
If you already have plans, our design | build model is well suited to complement third party architects | designers and work with pre-existing plans.
Project Management Team
From day one, our formally trained project managers work closely with our clients and the design team to help ensure that your custom home or renovation project is designed to a target budget. Project managers will also provide the design team with essential technical and estimation feedback throughout the process.
Build Team
We invite early feedback from our build team and lead carpenters about construction detailing. We give them them the opportunity to review the plans early on in the process and provide valuable input that will be reflected in the issued-for-construction (IFC) drawings. This critical step is to ensure, that the plans reflect the actual manner in which it will be built by the people who will be performing and/or directly overseeing the work.

Our collaborative approach leverages our 500,000+ hours of professional Design, Project Management and Construction experience to deliver relevant and important value for our clients.
Our projects benefit from the cross-pollination of technical expertise, which allows us to take on a wide range of projects, from simple code-built homes to all variations of high performance homes.

Keeping it Simple
If you are interested in working with our team, we always start with a meaningful and productive conversation about your project. Once we understand what you want, we then submit a proposal for design or pre-construction consultation (or both).
Our teams then work closely with you to thoughtfully design your project to your budget.
Once you are happy with the design, we then present a fixed price or cost-plus-construction contract to bring it to life.
