ATTENTION TRADES
We value long term business relationships. We are looking to grow our alliance of reliable, good-quality, specially trade (subcontracted) partners for upcoming projects in the Halifax area. We handle most of the general carpentry in house, but nearly everything else is subcontracted out. We do our VERY best to tee up our trades to succeed in a safe and efficient manner.
We subscribe to old-fashioned 'good business practice' and we require that our trades:
a) Carry appropriate credentials and general liability Insurance.
b) Are in good standing with the Workers Compensation Board of Nova Scotia.
c) Understand and exercise good business practice
d) Produce high quality work that exceeds minimum construction performance standards.
e) Adhere to our company safety policies and procedures.
